Q: What if the product doesn't fit after I install it? A: Rest assured with our 30-Day Fitment Guarantee. As long as the product is undamaged and in its original condition, we will cover the return or exchange shipping costs if the error was due to our fitment advice.

Q: Do you offer international shipping? A: Currently, verotixacosh primarily serves the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team to discuss custom logistics arrangements.


Installation & After-Sales

Q: Can I install these accessories myself, or do I need a professional? A: Most of our interior upgrades and tools are designed for "Plug-and-Play" or non-destructive installation. You can easily install them using the included manual. However, for accessories involving complex wiring or structural changes, we recommend professional installation for your safety.

Q: What should I do if my product arrives damaged? A: We take full responsibility for our shipments. Because automotive gear can be heavy, accidents may occur during transit. Please take photos of the damaged packaging and product within 48 hours of receipt and send them to service@verotixacosh.com. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.

Q: How should I maintain my verotixacosh products? A: Premium materials require care. For leather or metallic accessories, we recommend using a pH-neutral cleaner and a microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical solvents or abrasive materials.
