1. The 30-Day Road Test

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if your purchase is the right fit for your vehicle.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them—unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • We understand you may need to open the box to inspect the quality, but items showing signs of road wear, installation marks, or damage cannot be accepted for a full refund.

2. Seamless Return Process

We’ve simplified our process so you can get back to the road:

  1. Initiate: Contact our support team at service@verotixacosh.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Review: For damaged or defective items, please attach a quick photo or video. This helps us improve our quality control for the entire community.

  3. Ship: Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

    • Note: Unless the return is due to a quality defect or shipping error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Damages and Fitment Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception.

  • Fitment: If an item doesn't fit your specific car model despite our compatibility guide, contact us immediately. We will prioritize an exchange or a full refund to ensure your vehicle is properly equipped.

  • Shipping Damage: If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier and rush a replacement to you.

4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, the following cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized vehicle assets.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

  • Gift cards.
