1. The 30-Day Road Test
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if your purchase is the right fit for your vehicle.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them—unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

We understand you may need to open the box to inspect the quality, but items showing signs of road wear, installation marks, or damage cannot be accepted for a full refund.
2. Seamless Return Process
We’ve simplified our process so you can get back to the road:

Review: For damaged or defective items, please attach a quick photo or video. This helps us improve our quality control for the entire community.

Ship: Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

Note: Unless the return is due to a quality defect or shipping error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Damages and Fitment Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception.

Fitment: If an item doesn't fit your specific car model despite our compatibility guide, contact us immediately. We will prioritize an exchange or a full refund to ensure your vehicle is properly equipped.

Shipping Damage: If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier and rush a replacement to you.
4. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
5. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and safety standards, the following cannot be returned:
